Is It Spring Yet?

The pairing of two classic colors (black and blue) makes for an effortless winter-to-spring transitional outfit. Blue has always been my favorite color, so not surprisingly, all shades of blue from cobalt to ocean-inspired aqua are on my trend radar for spring 2013. (Water prints are something to watch out for this spring!) Fortunately, blue also works well for brightening dreary winter days. Wear this outfit now with thick tights and a wool jacket, or wear later with raspberry-hued lipstick and beachy waves.
